RETURNS

We hope that the items you have purchased satisfy you. However, in the event that this is not the case and you would like to make a return for a replacement or a refund, you can decide to return any product purchased on our E-commerce within 14 days from the date of delivery. Here’s how: 

- Please read carefully our return policy in the legal area, point 5.

- Contact our Customer Service by email customercare@miomojo.com or by phone +39 035 690130.

- Make sure that the products are in the same condition as you received them, with all tags attached, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return and make the refund.

-All returned items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging and with original labels and any hygienic stickers attached. 

-The original shipping costs are not refundable unless the delivered item is defective. Differences of color and tone between the batches, as well as small defectes of the surface are proof of the product being natural. 

- If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the parcel will be returned to you and the refund will not be made within 3-7 days of receipt of the parcel.
