Care Kind Guide.

Store it properly

Kind Care is essential for our innovative Miomojo products, which are crafted from organically derived materials such as apples, corn, cacti, and others, featuring high bio-based and recycled content.

  • Store the bag correctly is really important to preserve its beauty. We recommend to store the item in the dust bag where the bag is originally delivered, in a place without direct sunlight, too warm, too humid or unventilated. When not in use, keep your bag stuffed with clean paper to retain the shape.
  • We recommend to not overfill your bag to prevent the deform of the original shape.
  • Store your Miomojo’s items carefully without stacking one item on another and folding them.
  • Always avoid to expose the bag/pouch/wallet in direct sunlight for a prolonged time. Even though all the materials we use are light proof, they may still fade in a prolonged exposure to the sun.

Keep it fresh

Take a Miomojo everywhere with you and keep it fresh.

• We try to design our bags to be repaired and easy to clean. Our linings are studied to be pulled out, in some cases, or away from the bag so they can be cleaned where it needs to. You can use a damp cloth and carefully wipe it, then allow it to fully air dry.

• Take care of your Miomojo’s by by regularly cleaning the exterior with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and maintain its appearance intact.

• To remove any stains or marks use a smooth, damp cloth with some drops of mild soap and water. Carefully and gently rub until it’s clean.

• We recommended to clean it as soon as possible.

• It’s crucial to avoid grease, strong detergents or solvents.

  • Avoid exposure to excessive heat, direct sunlight or prolonged humidity, as this may cause fading or damage.
  • Avoid sharp objects or rough surfaces that could scratch or damage the material
  • Immediately remove any liquid or food spills and clean contact areas regularly with a soft, clean cloth moistened with water.
  • Avoid the use of harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive cleaners as they can damage the material.
  • In case of stains, use a mild liquid detergent solution such as shampoo diluted in water. Gently clean the part and then rinse with a dampened cloth to remove excess. Avoid rubbing the stain vigorously, as it may spread and stick further into the material and damage it. Let the material dry, avoiding heat or direct sunlight, with the help of a dry, white cotton cloth.
